THERAPY FOR ANXIETY
When everything feels like something to worry about
Anxiety can make it difficult to feel settled, even when everything around you seems fine. You may overthink decisions, imagine what could go wrong, feel responsible for keeping everything under control, or struggle to quiet your mind long enough to be present.
In therapy, we’ll look at what fuels your anxiety and how it affects your thoughts, relationships, and daily life. You can learn to respond to stress differently, loosen anxiety’s hold, and feel more capable of handling situations that once felt overwhelming.
THERAPY FOR CHRONIC ILLNESS
Living with a chronic illness has changed more than your health
Living with a chronic illness affects more than your physical health. It can change your routines, relationships, independence, plans, and the way you feel about your body. You may be carrying frustration, grief, fear, or exhaustion that the people around you do not fully understand.
I have a particular interest in supporting people living with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, including the anxiety, embarrassment, isolation, and loss of confidence that can accompany unpredictable symptoms. Therapy offers a place to talk honestly about these experiences and find ways to care for yourself while navigating uncertainty and ongoing demands.

THERAPY FOR CONFIDENCE
When you believe in everyone but yourself
When you’re quick to find fault in yourself, it can be difficult to trust your decisions or recognize your own strengths. You may compare yourself to others, dismiss your accomplishments, hold back from what you want, or feel guilty for having needs of your own.
Together, we’ll explore where these beliefs came from and how they continue to shape the way you see yourself. Therapy can help you challenge the voice that says you aren’t enough and begin relating to yourself with more honesty, patience, and respect.
THERAPY FOR ADOPTION SUPPORT
You're trying to make sense of your story
Adoption can bring up complicated emotions and questions that differ depending on your relationship to it. People who have been adopted may be exploring identity, belonging, loss, family relationships, or a desire to learn more about their birth family. Prospective adoptive parents may be navigating uncertainty, grief, or decisions about how to bring multiple family relationships and needs together.
Therapy offers a place to talk openly about the emotional side of adoption without feeling as though you need to simplify or justify your experience. Together, we can make space for difficult feelings, work through uncertainty, and help you move through your adoption experience with greater understanding and support.

THERAPY FOR RELATIONSHIP & FAMILY PATTERNS
You're always taking care of everyone else
When you’re used to prioritizing everyone else, setting a boundary can feel selfish, uncomfortable, or even frightening. You may avoid conflict, agree to things you don’t want to do, or keep your feelings inside because you’re worried about disappointing someone or becoming a burden.
Therapy can help you recognize the patterns shaping your relationships and understand why it feels so difficult to speak up for yourself. Together, we can work on identifying what you need, communicating more directly, and setting boundaries without being consumed by guilt.
