BEGINNING THERAPY DOESN'T HAVE TO FEEL OVERWHELMING
Finding the right therapist is personal. Before we begin, we’ll have an opportunity to learn more about each other, talk about what brings you to therapy, and make sure working together feels like a good fit.

01. REACH OUT
Contact me through the website, by email, or by phone to let me know you’re interested in therapy. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what you want to work on. We can start with whatever is bringing you here.
02. SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION
We’ll schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation so you can learn more about my practice and approach. I’ll also ask a little about what you’re experiencing and what you hope therapy can help you address.
03. BEGIN THERAPY
If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first 50-minute online therapy session. From there, we’ll begin identifying what feels stuck, understanding the patterns that may be contributing, and deciding what you would like to work toward.
ONLINE THERAPY THROUGHOUT CALIFORNIA
Sessions typically take place weekly through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Online therapy allows you to meet from the privacy of your own space without needing to travel to an office.

FEES AND INSURANCE
The fee is $250 for each 50-minute therapy session.
I'm not in network with any insurance companies, and if you have out of network benefits, I can provide you with a monthly Superbill to submit to your insurance company for a partial reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your individual plan, so you may want to contact your insurance company before beginning therapy to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

CANCELLATIONS
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged the full session fee.
GOOD FAITH ESTIMATES
Under the No Surprises Act, clients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of care when scheduling services or upon request.
