To get to the root of where we’re hurting, we need to feel safe enough to be vulnerable. I work from a place of genuine sincerity and compassion and believe that through open conversations, we can connect the dots and understand the underlying causes of your struggles.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, confidence issues, relationship troubles, chronic illness, or past family hurt, my approach is to start identifying where and how you are being impacted by these difficulties and, from there, focus on developing the skills and techniques that can alleviate your pain.
